We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The room was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including heating and a cozy sitting area. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which provided a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offers a great dining experience with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we were able to indulge in delicious meals and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. I had such a great time during my stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They also kept the hotel spotless and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot with great views, and I found it very easy to get around thanks to the transportation options. Breakfast was also tasty and plentiful.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday in the mountains. the hotel had great views of the mountainous terrain and was conveniently located close to a cable car that provided unlimited trips to town. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony that provided scenic views. We also enjoyed the buffet-style restaurant which offered plenty of food choices, including cold drinks.
The staff could have been more informative about reserving a space for dinner and having to book meals directly with the hotel in advance. the walk from the hotel to the ski lift was around half a mile, which was quite a distance after a long day on the slopes.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts. The room was also cozy and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hot water in the shower was unreliable and made for an uncomfortable experience. we were disappointed that the New Year's Eve party was overpriced and lacked in entertainment value.

The hotel is located close to the slopes and provides spectacular views of the mountains from the rooms. the reception staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is also quite plentiful. there are lockers available for winter equipment and a restaurant on the premises.
Some guests had issues with the heating and were not informed about the WiFi account when they arrived.
